The Time I Read A Person Wrongly

It was the beginning of the school year and everyone's heart was filled with much excitement and anticipation for they had a new school year to looked up to. The same goes for me as I am going to be in Form 4. I went to my class and was quickly bursted into excitement as my old friends from the previous years are going to be in the same class as me!! :) When class was about to start, my new form teacher come into our class and gave us a small talk about our Form 4 life. Later, a girl with very nice curly hair and big eyes walked into our class. She was wearing our school uniform and had looked rather shy. Our class had become noisy when we saw her as we all busy disscussing whther she could had been a new transfer student. Next, our form teacher begin to introduce the new girl to us. He said, " Class, this is our new transfer student from Kuantan and her name is Emily. She is still quite new to the surroundings around her so please be nice to her and make her feel at home. " He then added some more, " Emily, you can sit with Mei Chee at the middle row there. " She then walked shyly to take her sit. Her first impression to me was that she is a person with few words and shy. At first, we had no conversation at all and was all the feeling of nervous. The atmosphere was very still and quiet as well. But I cannot stand the quiteness no more so I took up the courage and turned to her and said, " Hi! The name's Mei Chee, how do you do? " She then replied me. Our conversation started out with much awkward but then we started to build our conversations slowly. At almost lunch time and before teacher left, he reminded us that he will be collecting the new school year fees. During lunch time, I invited Emily to go to the canteen with me but she rejected the offer as she said she is feeling rather unwell. At that time everyone was at the canteen eating the meals and munching on their snacks they had juat bought. Except for Emily of course who was in the classroom resting. Break time ended with a flash and the students all head back to their owm classrooms. As I walked into my classroom and took my seat, I suddenly remembered the money in my bag I brought to school. I opened my bag and looked for my money. To my horror, I could not find my money or anywhere else in my bag. I quickly jumped to comclusions and looked to Emily. " You stole my money! Give it back! " I yelled out with much anger inside. " What? What are you talking about? I didn't stole your money." Emily replied. I added," Oh you didn't? Then how do you explain my disappearing money? It couldn't had just grown two legs and jumped out of my bag! Face it! Your the only suspicios culprit around here. Not leaving the classroom during break time and saying your not feeling well? Ha! Just some lame excuse to take the chance and steal my money! " Our quarrel remain for quite some time until our teacher walked into our classroom. " Girls, whats all this commotion about? Stop it immediatly! ", teacher cried out. " Emily started it, she stole my money and she would not confess and give it back!" The teacher then walked towards Emily and asked her, " Emily, what Mei Chee had said, is it true? Did you seriously stole her money?" She replied no. " Mei Chee, check your bag again to see whether your money is in there or not. I do as I was told to and took out everything in my bag. I flipped through everybook there is and just when I was flipping my Mathematics text book, an RM50 note dropped out. I then jumped with excitement and also with embaressment too as I had read Emily wrongly. She turned out to be the innocent one and I felt so sorry for saying all those mean things to her. " There, you have your money, be more cautious next time and next time don't simply jump to conclusion." teacher commented. I promised teacher that and after that commotion, everything returned to normal. I make up with her by apologising to her and luckily she was able to forgive me. We then became the best of friends again.

What I Like Best About Myself ?

People always say that human are not perfect. We tend to make mistakes in our daily life and yet we learn so much from them. For example, when we young and had just started to learn how to walk, we may fall down and injured ourselves with light bruises. But that's not THE END OF THE WORLD !! With these experiences we learned to be positive thinking and not to give up easily when the going gets tough. So, even though we are not a perfect someone, we should always think positively and learned to love ourself for who we really. As a child created from God, learn to love and care for yourself. For me, what I like best about myself is that I always done or achived something with polite or amicable as I am not a person who likes quarrels among people. Next, Iam an optimistic person. I always think that the day will be bright sooner or later even though the sky is filled with dark clouds. With this optimist mind of mine, I am sure that good things are going to happen. Another thing that I like about myself is that I never run away from difficult challenges. I will accept it with open heart and mind so that I can find a solution to overcome it. I will threat the 'challenge' as something more of a good experience to learn for rather than some 'boulder' blocking my way to success. In addition, I also have strict principles. Because of this, I learned to discipline myself better and not to be easily influenced with bad habits such as smoking and taking drugs which are very harmful to our body. As for my future, a world of peace and no war is what I want. With a world like that, people will be able to live in harmony, and making the world a better place to live in.
